If you think you were suppose to receive a Catalina, but it did not print, here is what I suggest you do:
1. First, take a look at your receipt and if there were any requirements (i.e. you needed to spend a certain amount of money) to meet, make sure that you reached the requirements, either quantity or value. This amount is NORMALLY BEFORE tax or coupons (unless your store NOTES it is “After Coupons”. ) Even if the store employees tell you the minimum purchase amount is the “after coupon” price and the advertisements do not specify, you should be leery of what the store is telling you.
2. Speak with customer service or a store manager and request that they print the Catalina or give you a credit. Most stores have records of all current Catalinas, but some do NOT have any such list. If the product is marked as participating in a Catalina, then they will definitely fix the problem, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, but often Catalina promos are unmarked, so you have to handle it outside of the store, which means you need to go to step #3.
3. You can request your Catalina from the Catalina Marketing Corp by calling 1-888-8COUPON or 1-888-826-8766, then press #3 as you are the consumer and now you wait for the customer service rep to answer!! You can also e-mail them at ncsc@catalinamarketing.com. It can take up to 2-3 business days before you receive a response, so I highly recommend calling!
One of mine did not print out and I had to call and this is what I received. It is very easy to get it taken care of!!
One of the most important things is make sure the Catalina machine has a “green” light on before attempting to have the Catalina print out. If the light is not on or it is out of paper, your Catalina will not print!

Thankyou Joni…ther are times when I feel my supermarket did not give me the catalina that was suppose to print.
I emailed the Catalina company a week ago, I didn’t know the number to call *but now I do* I still haven’t heard back from them.
Joni I was told at meijer that alot of times a catilina will not print at the self scans. So from now on I will be going to a cashier.
