cat didnt print for me today in pburg went to cust service return and bought again still didnt print
We have done it twice and both times printed. . . do you know if the Green light was on the cat machine?
My Catalina didn’t print either. I went to Perrysburg Kroger. Joni, which Kroger did you go to that the Cat printed?

It seems to be hit and miss…out of 3 transactions that I did yesterday, I only received 1 catalina even though I had 3 of the same Farm Rich items in each transaction. My Dillons (Kroger) just gives me cash when a catalina doesn’t print. 🙂

Yes, we have not had any problems, but a few others have. . some are saying on the mozzarella cheese sticks, but ours printed so not sure:)
