FREE LAUNDROMAT DAY ~ Make a Difference Day in Toledo, April 27, 2014!!

Jamie and I had another God-side Dream and know this is BIG, but we know that all things are possible through Christ.  We prayed and this is what we have been inspired to do.  We are providing a Make A Difference Day in the City of Toledo, OH April 27th. We are trying to raise funds to provide a FREE Laundromat Day at all the Laundromats in Toledo. We need to raise $10,600 to make this happen, which equals 2040 loads of laundry washed and dried at all locations!!!  We are asking for businesses, churches, and families to adopt an entire laundromat and provide this service from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m on April 27th. Below is a list of all the laundromats and what it will costs to provide that service. In addition, we are asking for donations of laundry detergent, softener, bleach, and dryer sheets. There is so much negativity in this world, its time to show communities something positive and let it start with Toledo, OH!! Lets show other communities how much random acts of kindness truly can impact someone’s life. Once we raise all the money, we will then be providing volunteer sheets for each facility that may still be in need of volunteers.

Below is a list of laundromats – if you, your church, or business is interestee in adopting a laundromat please let me know which one.  (Adopting a laundromat just means your organization will supply all money for washers and dryers, plus the detergent, fabric softener, etc, plus all the volunteers for the day).  Once you contact me and let me know you are “adopting” a laundromat, I will get all needed information to you:)

If you have been following the blog long, you will remember we did this on a smaller scale at All-Wash Laundromat on February 8th and here is some testimony from that:)   It is heartwarming!
