Does anyone know if the coupon cirulars in Toledo/Sylvania are zipcode sensitive? Some coupons I am unable to find per circular and date that have been listed, like the Huggies wipes coupons for SS 1/13/13.

  All coupons are regional, so if you did not receive them in your region, they are still available in other regions, and a good time to use a clipping service:)
