I noticed these were on sale last week for $1.69 but are on sale this week for $1.99 at my store. Are you able to confirm the store you saw this picture so I can get them at this price too? Every savings helps to me.

Thank you. I just left there. The tag was dated 6/23/13 at that store and rang up $1.99 when I went to the register. They did in fact honor the price of $1.69 because the tag was still intact but I am sure the tag came down soon after. Bummer 🙁
