I’m very leery of these kind of offers because it kept insisting that I download a toolbar that was marked unsafe by my internet security. I was also redirected several times and asked the same questions over and over. Is this legit?
First, I would not post something that is not legit and I am not sure where you are getting asked to download a toolbar. . I never received that. . I have done these types of things often. . Hope that helps!
I am not really sure, but that may have been with one of the offers. Just skip that offer, or say “no”.
There are about 4 pages that will ask you if you want to get insurance quotes, etc, that if you scroll down you just skip. the other offers I said “no” because I was not interested:)
the On Demand survey also told me I must install the ShopatHome toolbar to continue and was not part of the redirected offers. Then I saw up in the right hand corner “No Thanks” and clicked that which skipped it.
At the bottom of the claim form, there is a Claim #. Is that the confirmation # for taking the survey?

Mine keeps displaying “please enter a valid phone number” & I do but still nothing.
If you can send me a screen shot so I can see, I have not heard of that before. . .

As per the screenshot on the post, that is what your screen will look like when you are complete and it has the form to download and the confirmation number. hope that helps!
Hi Joni, I did the survey on my phone (yup, not smart) so i couldn’t print out the form. I also didn’t receive any further email from them. So, I have my confirmation code only. Any suggestions??
Hi Jeanne, You can take it again from the laptop or desktop. . . You can only redeem 1 code, but could take it multiple times, but will only get 1 gift card. . hope that helps!!
