I bought the required Puffs for the Catalina offer and the Catalina coupon did not print. This is the 2nd time at the Kroger I did not get the Catalina offer when I was suppose to. The first time I had the Kroger coupon explaining the offer, so they honored it and gave me the $$$. But, this time I was only going on your website so I didn’t have anything to show them. Is this a continuing problem? Do you know how I can get the offer still?
Hi Dee, You can call the 1-800 catalina number as this is a continuing offer at Kroger and they will send you a check in the mail. Hope that helps:)
