Just thought I would let you know I went to the perrysburg Krogers this morning and bought 2 cottonelle 12pks on the buy 5 get 5 sale and NO Catalina printed. Not sure why? Anybody else experiencing trouble?? I used 2 coupons for 55/1 on them if I return them how does that work with total dollar amount returned to me?? Thanks, Julie (P.S. Joni you are awesome!)

  You can go to customer service and let them know it did not print and if they do not help, you can call the catalina 1-800 # and they will rectify it. . hope that helps:)
