God knows exactly what we need for our lives. So many of us have our own “dreams”, but God has better plans. We need to pray daily and listen to God’s leading of what he wants for our lives. We may not see things falling in place, but God is always working on things “behind the scenes” to get them lined up perfectly for our lives. Faith is completely trusting in God in all things and at all times!!

Joni, every devotion you post, I feel like you are talking directly to me. I look forward to reading these everyday! From the outside, people seem to have no worries, but you never know what’s going on inside their heart. I look pretty put together, but on the inside, I have a lot of anxiety and turmoil. Sometimes it’s challenging to trust God. Thanks for sharing your stories, and THANK YOU GOD for people like you who put themselves out there to encourage people like me!
