**URGENT UPDATE**

CAN YOU HELP MAKE A DINNER FOR THIS FAMILY?  We will be providing dinner for them for the next month and I pray many of you will get involved. Okay so I have an update for the family that had the house fire and lost everything in the Lake School District. I talked to grandma, Irene, today. They are staying in a hotel for the next month until they can find a house to rent while their home is being rebuilt. She informed me the kids have ADHD so you can imagine how difficult it is going to be while they are confined to a small space. They have lost everything and I asked grandma for a few wishes the kids may have for items since they lost everything.

Here are the updated needs that I put together:

Wesley
Diapers size 5 and wipes.

Baby dolls (bald babies) and other accessories to go with that

Also, grandma stated they had just gotten Nintendo DS for CHRISTmas since they have ADHD and that seems to help keep them focused. If anyone is willing to purchase 1 or 2 of these that would be so amazing. . .and of course they still have the necessities of clothing, shoes, socks, etc.

Remember, we might not consider the above necessities, but how can you process as a 4, 9, 9, and 10 year old that you have nothing. Okay, I have been contacted by the Lake Local Schools as they had a tragedy at their school. One of the families that attends their school had a house fire yesterday and lost everything. The fire was caused by a space heater. The story is very sad. Grandma and grandpa are raising their 5 grandchildren and they are an older couple. They lost EVERYTHING except what they were wearing yesterday. This story breaks my heart. As the grandparents should be enjoying their retirement they have stepped up to raise their 5 young grandchildren. Their needs are great, but I know we serve a mighty God that ALWAYS provides. I am praying that you all get involved in some way.

I have spoken to both the superintendent as well as the principal and here are the IMMEDIATE needs as of tonight. . Please note more will be added as the needs come in. . Please also note if you are not local that you could send gift cards or care packages or even cards to encourage this family. This is a very difficult time.

Hygienic and food items are also GREATLY NEEDED!! This is a time that we can be the hands and feet of Jesus in such a tangible way. I pray that you will ALL consider donating to this family. Remember no donation is too small. . if we all did something “small” the end result is “huge”. Let’s show this family the love of Christ!!
