RECIPE FOR CHICKEN SHEET PAN
As most of you know, Jamie and I absolutely love cooking. This is one of his favorite meals and it is very easy to make! It has your meat and vegetable right in it so AWESOME!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Boxes of Stuffing or homemade stuffing
- 3 cans french cut green beans
- 1 can Cream of Chicken
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom
- 5-6 oz of Chicken Broth
Step 1
Preheat oven at 375. While oven is preheating boil chicken until done (usually 15 minutes or so) – When fully cooked set aside.
Step 2
Make stuffing per directions on box.
Step 3
Spread 3/4 stuffing in bottom of 9 x 13 pan (leaving out about 1/4 in a bowl)
Step 4
Drain green beans and spread over stuffing.
Step 5
Spread Cream of Chicken and Cream of Mushroom over stuffing
Step 6
Shred/pull chicken into pieces and place over cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup.
Step 7
Pour the chicken broth over the chicken evenly
Step 8
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes
Step 9
Take out of oven and top with remaining stuffing and put back in oven and cook for another 15 minutes. Take out of oven and serve.
