There has been a lot of feedback lately on offers that are FREE but you STILL have to pay for shipping. I have been asked several times is it really a deal if we are still paying for shipping.
I look at it twofold:
1) Can you go into a store or purchase the item online? If you can, is the price cheaper at the store for the item than the shipping price. To me, if you are comparing apples to apples and the offer that you are just paying for shipping is cheaper then the product, then YES it is a deal. If you can purchase it cheaper somewhere else then what you are paying for shipping . . then NO it is not a deal.
2) What is the quality of the product. My best example is the silkies leggings that the shipping was 6.99. That means for two pairs of leggings it was like paying $3.50. Could I purchase that same quality of leggings at any store for $3.50 or less? If the answer is YES, then the deal was not really a deal. My opinion was the quality was sooooo good for those leggings that I could NOT find a comparable pair for $3.50 thus in my opinion this made for a GREAT OFFER!!
Again, it is all personal preference. Only you know what you consider to be a deal and if you think it is good or not. Nobody else can make you change your mind on that. I ALWAYS try to give the price with shipping included so everyone can decide if they want to purchase the item or not. I hope this helps everyone decide the next time we have an offer that you ONLY have to pay shipping on!!
