Activating the quest
Quest requirements: this level can only be completed after reaching level 9. Personally, I would recommend approaching it even later, as it consists of a couple of fights, including with a demanding giant.
To activate this quest, you need to go to the orc camp Largashbur, located in the southeastern part of Skyrim. I would suggest starting in the neighboring city of Riften and heading west.
When you reach your destination, you should notice that the Orcs are fighting the Giants at the city walls. Depending on your preferences, you can join the battle or wait until the Giant is killed. In the first case, it is important not to hit any orcs, so avoid using any skills, abilities, or spells with an area effect.
After the Giant is dealt with, Atub should approach you. If you accidentally damage any Orc, you will first need to pay a fine, and if there are any problems in the battle, you can immediately skip to the right part of the conversation. Atub will ask you to help his tribe. The plan implies that the Daedric Prince Malakath will ask you to lift the curse, although for the ritual you will need two very rare ingredients: troll fat and Daedra heart.

Please note that there are no exact locations in the game, so you will have to search for each of the listed ingredients yourself. Of course, if they are in your inventory, you can skip straight to the next part of the quest.
The easiest way to get troll fat, of course, is to kill one of these animals, and you should know that it includes both "normal" and ice trolls. You fought with one of them, crossing the mountains, as part of the main quest "The Path of the Voice", and if you have nothing against it, you can return there and find the body.
An example of a location occupied by trolls is, for example, the Maze found in the northern mountains of Skyrim, which you visit during the Winterhold College quest "Staff of Magnus".
If your character is developed enough, you can go to the mountainous areas around Dawnstar and Winterhold, as there is a chance to meet a troll next to the standard wolves and bears. If you are not in a hurry to complete this quest, you can move on to other quests and hope that you will meet a merchant selling troll fat or eventually find this ingredient on your own.
