I had the $10 one so actually it was all FREE + another $10 OYNO. . HOLLA LUJAH!!
Hi Joni- It did not work as it did for you at the Conant location. Neither Catalina printed so I went to customer service. They gave me a $5 voucher but would not do 10 because you are actually only buying 5 and receiving the others for free. Then I had to walk the girl back to see the tag on the free MiO with three purchases, they rang it up and gave it to me for free. I did not do the second transaction. I have to re think my strategy to get this to work out.
You can call corporate because they are incorrect. . you are purchasing 10 whether it is a B1G1 FREE or not, you have 10 Crystal Lights and that is a Kraft catalina, so corporate will fix it:) Hope that helps!!!!
Jen just talked to Mark, manager, and he in fact did state you were shorted $5 and to bring your receipt in and you will be credited the other $5. . hope that helps!!!

Sometimes you have to go after the sale, even if you are correct. Jen, if you are reading this, let the manager know what an inconvenience this was for you. you just might get a little gift. Be nice, as I am sure you are, but let them know your displeasure. I used to work there, so I know what they used to do, but not sure of current policy. Good luck!!!
